She is a Chartered Accountant and has significant expertise in contractor payments having worked in the recruitment industry for some 28 years. Outside of work, Val is a passionate supporter of Claire House Children's Hospice in Chester where she serves as a trustee. Paul joined Crest Plus at the end of 2006.

I genuinely didn't have a good experience with these guys apart from two people who left the company, i wonder why... I for one would not be recommending these guys as an umbrella company. They continuesly got the tax codes wrong, had long winded and complicated processes and overall not pleasent to deal with.

I can't remember the name of the man I think it's Chris. But he has went above and beyond for me to get me paid on time he's been a god send and I would very much like to shake the man's hand for all of the amazing and excellent work he has done for me.so far. Very efficient and provide above and beyond care feel part of the crest family. Words can't describe how great this company and its staff are. Would recommend to anyone anywhere..

I generally dislike all umbrella companies... bad experiences in the past and other annoying things they have done... but crest have so far been very good and hopefully continue to be in the near future.. I'm only giving 4 stars as I don't like the fact I have to pay 22.95 to have my money processed through them... but apart from that I've been impressed with the overall professionalism of the company and its staff

I have been with Crest Plus for about 2 years. They pay me on time and never had an issue. They are also very responsive when you need information. You don't need to wait a long time when you call and they call you back if they can't answer straight away. Poppy in particular was very helpful recently. I think it's a good Umbrella company if you are thinking of signing up with one.

I have had a positive experience with Crest from the start of my contract until the finish. Set up was simple, received confirmation each week of hours received via timesheets, then weekly payments and payslips and then finally end of employment process with holiday pay and P45. Thanks to Poppy for being super friendly 👍🏼

Just started using crest plus and had difficulty with getting through due to my phone keep cutting off.
Sent an email and within 10 minutes got a phone call back from Poppy who was absolutely amazing at explaining everything and solved the problem with not being able to get through to them!
