The installation and finish of the balcony patio door and two side panels was perfect and as a demanding customer I had nothing to complain about at all. There was a very small issue with the re-fitting of our vertical blinds, which was completely resolved at a later time - hence not a five star rating.

If you’re a Consumer who has low expectations of professionalism and customer service, then you won’t be disappointed. Be in no doubt that Falcon, in a timeframe which only ever works for themselves, will rise to a level of mediocrity which will leave you dumbfounded. As one of several sub-contractors on a recent building project they were the worst by far - consistently (and nothing to do with lockdown or Covid). Avoid.

Gary and his team done 47 windows plus doors and a front door on a job of mine, my customer was left extremely happy with her new windows it has also made a huge impact on the house being a lot warmer, i would not use anyone else the team are very clean and tidy great customer service and very competative i will use them for all my renovations

Over the years, Gary and his team have fitted various windows and doors. The latest job was replacing our two bay windows. I keep going back to Gary, as his chaps are brilliant and I always feel like I’m getting a fair price. Latest job was up to the usual high standard, the guys covered up our furniture and put plastic on the stair carpet. Final finish is really top notch. Really polite, decent guys.
