We have used Turners Property Centre for a second time now and yet again they have been 1st class. We were told by another lettings agent on the high street that our timescales weren't possible, Turners proved them wrong and we are now moving into our new house within the timescales we gave them. Special mention to Molly for keeping us informed, explaining the process and making sure that everything was done quickly and with the minimum of fuss (Kevin and Chris as always were positive and helpful, but sorry gents, Molly is a real gem).

Al Gibbs - The Tenancy Deposit Scheme ruled your deposit should go to the landlord for damages due to the flat being left in a poor state, not Turners Property Centre. The property was certainly not left in a demonstrably better state, otherwise an independent panel would not have deemed the deposit be returned to the landlord.

Moved less than a month ago and very disappointed. There are so many things wrong with the flat I've moved to - Turners' must have known about some of them. We didn't get to see the bathroom when we looked around as there was 'no electricity ' on the key meter. There was no toilet seat, wallpaper was torn, no lampshade above the bath (hazard?), the sink leaks at the bottom and now the toilet keeps flushing - so constantly using water (which is on a meter). We've got an inspection tomorrow, so hopefully they'll fix things (there are other things wrong too), and if they do I'll update my review.

The staff were nice and polite when you pay your rent every month but when i decided to leave one of their properties i found them very short and borderline rude especially "matt". I never got any thanks for my custom in fact it seemed like it was an effort for them to speak to me. suffice to say i will not give them my custom in the future. very poor customer relations!!.
