Services
This is a critical element to the delivery of any marketing solution and is designed to review your business goals in order to drive clear marketing objectives. These marketing objectives will then ensure any proposed solution is based on the business requirements and not a technology led solution.
Documentation of the steps required to achieve reliable and comprehensive data to support the objectives identified in the Discover Phase. Definition of each data source and data feed, providing details of the structure, content, volume, growth rates and relationship to other data being provided. Delivery of a business context diagram to provide a clear view of the data included as part of a marketing database solution.
Management of the project delivery process to ensure all activities and tasks are completed on time and to budget. Support of the UAT stage, providing guidance on key test phases, scenarios and checks that are required to ensure the solution delivered is fit for purpose. Provision of a standard UAT Template to allow for creation test cases based on the requirements identified in the Discover phase.
Provided onsite and offsite project management with Alterian customers such as Handwriting Without Tears, Direct General, Child Fund International, American Hotel Register, Landsbond der Christelijke Mutualiteiten and other existing clients to deliver Campaign and Data led marketing solutions.

Provided onsite project management and consultancy to deliver the core Campaign Management Use Cases, as part of a larger Customer Experience programme of activities.Recommendations - a complete list of recommendations by three core category areas (Project Governance, Solution Delivery & Account Management), providing details of the recommendation, the initiatives to deliver the recommendation and which findings the recommendation was based on.
