On New Years Eve of 2015 I (Paul) got down on one knee and asked Joanna to marry me. Little did we know this was also the start of a great business venture together! When planning our wedding we noticed a gap in the market, where there was limited choice and the really big WOW factor items were over priced.
My role consists of the day-to-day running of the company. Mainly the (boring) financial side while trusting my fabulous staff in their roles to ensure every event we do runs smoothly. Also creating new ideas that show initiative to keep us in front of our competitors.
My favourite part of the role is seeing how all of the staff come together in their individual roles creating events that in most cases will be the most special day in our customers lifetime.At the very least we will produce great photo opportunities as well as being the best party of the year! My role mainly consists of answering emails after normal office hours and putting together / creating the children's party packages.

We naturally get asked many questions so we have tried to list some common ones below to give you peace of mind. We cover all events including Weddings (this is how the company began), Christenings, children and adult birthday parties. Basically we are always happy to hire our items to any event whether it be personal occasions or corporate parties.
Naturally being in this industry for so long, we make good contacts and even friends along the way. This is such a friendly industry it is difficult to not form friendships. So we have dedicated this section to some of them that we work with on a regular basis. The Added Extra provided the fabulous light-up letters for the evening dance floor spelling out our married surname. They gave the wow factor and a personal touch to the evening reception that we (and our guests) loved. The Added Extra team were amazing to deal with from beginning to end making communication and logistics a breeze. They have an amazing range of lights, extras and decor to take your celebrations to the next level!
