I used Borland and Borland when my brother and I had to sell our childhood home after out mum passed away, Steven Borland was so helpful, he was compassionate and reassuring and went above and beyond. The office staff that I spoke to on the phone were always helpful and efficient, and between all of them made what was a sad situation bearable. They are the only estate agents I would ever consider using!
