Born in Southbourne and being an estate agent locally for the last 30 years, Ray has a passion for the traditional values and exceeding customers' expectations. Outside of work Ray likes to spend time with his three daughters and the occasional round of golf. Brought up locally and then running a group of successful West London branches, Sam thrives on providing a bespoke and personal service, combined with 23 years of Agency experience.

Super estate agents - wouldn't have worked with anyone else. Staff are all very helpful and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. Very efficient in answering emails and returning calls, were very reliable and we had every confidence in the staff during our sale. Amazing customer service and brilliantly efficient - highly recommended.

So glad I saw this previous review!! The owner of Powis repeatedly asked if he could speak to my husband as if he made all the decisions!! He acted like he was the God of the property market and knew everything there was to know! As with the previous reviewer - the rest of the team are lovely - but I'm so glad we didn't end up buying via this agency and glad people are becoming wise to their bullying patronising tactics! He won't have the monopoly forever, other agents are already started to move in and take what used to be Powis territory!

We've used Powis twice to sell our house and we're very pleased that we did. All the staff, especially Ray and Aimee, are so friendly and professional. I always felt confident that I could just leave it with them and they would be on top of it (It's one less thing to worry about!). In fact on both occasions our house was sold within weeks. They're fast, efficient and very reliable. Can't rate them highly enough! Well done and thank you.

Will never use this agency again. They are bullies and so very rude. They speak to you in a patronising manner and treat you like you are stupid. I have been dealing with one particular person only to find he is the director of the company. Not a good example for the rest of the team who are helpful and a joy to speak to, especially Mandy. Stay away from this company and spread the word
