It was our first privately rented apartment in London. Mike & Eva managed to find us a beautiful apartment!

We've recently rented a property through Granville Estates and have been assigned Mike as our agent.
We identified repairs that needed to be done in the property, some urgently, and I can only commend the speed in which Mike arranged for these to be fixed. We have appreciated his professionalism in staying in contact with us throughout the process, and they have acted fairly with the time lost. It is nice to rent a property that will inevitably have issues crop up at random, but have the confidence that the agents will fix it in a timely manner.

This 'company' is absolutely the most unprofessional and incompetent establishment I've ever come across. The house was in filthy condition when we arrived. We were aware that they had retained the previous tenants entire deposit, however what they spent the money on I am not sure, but it definitely was not on improving the property. We were never provided with an Inventory at the beginning of the tenancy which caused massive problems when we came to look for our deposits back upon vacating the property. They tried to con us for every penny of our deposit and blamed us for things

A year later I am now writing yet another review on this agency who seemed to have gotten worse if it was even possible. I would never, ever, ever, ever, EVER rent a place through this absolutely useless, incompetent letting agency. These guys make Foxtons look like geniuses. I don't even know where to begin.
