Not had a very positive experience to date dealing with this organisation - when asked as to what consequences they have available to them to deal with a member who was providing a poor service, they were completely unable to answer the question. In the end they resorted to asking me 'what a consequence was'. It is clear this is an unregulated industry and they have more or less confirmed that to me over the phone. Basically when it comes to installing lifts for sick or elderly relatives in your home, it is the wild west out there, and the industry, so far in our unfortunate experience, seems full
