Prime choice rushden manage my property for many years now and find their service 2nd to none. I find each individual staff member has a professional quality. As a landlord when there those difficult situations with tenants/Property You need staff act fast to resolve the matter Swiftly and a professional Manner. Prime Choice has those qualities.

In my quest to find a suitable property, I encountered various levels of service from lettings agents, all of them poor!
Some didn’t bother to respond and those that did never got back to me to arrange a viewing on the property, or even have the courtesy to inform me when it was no longer available.
None bothered to follow up or alert me when a new property came available that met my criteria.
Not so with Prime Choice! Loren, in particular was an absolute star! Friendly, professional and efficient. She answered all of my questions relating to the property, helped me with the necessary documents

Don’t usually leave reviews but feel compelled too after my recent experience with Loren at prime choice rushden, letting department , The sheer amount of work load she put in to me alone is mind bending , when you think she must of had other people to deal with aswell . I hadn’t private rented before so had lots of questions and issues , we must of exchanged about 30 emails, she must be the hardest working women in property, and I hope prime choice know how lucky they are to have such a dedicated hard working and wonderful employee . Thankyou Loren so MUCH ! 🤩
