Absolutely second to non Catherine and Heather are fantastic ! Provided excellent service for my mother choosing mother of the bride outfit and coordinating fascinator. Even went to the trouble of finding some extra matching feathers and added them in to the fascinator. In terms of looking after me I cannot recommend them enough. They have altered… my bridal gown so that it fits like a glove now, and helped me choose all my accessories, they really do look after you. They have both worked within the industry for years and really know what they are talking about and with that comes excellent

Phoned up and asked if they had a specific dress to try and was advised it was available to try. When arrived it wasn't there after travelling half an hour . Asked to try on a similar dress in a different size to see the fit, lady was reluctant to let us try on. Also said we cannot try on dresses unless we are wanting to buy and she is only here to sell dresses not to let us try on, very abrupt and not the right temperament. Felt uncomfortable and upset with this experience and wouldn't return.

Amazing me and mum went today at short notice, with something competely different in mind than we came away with, cannot reccomend these people enough so helpful putting us all at ease. Katherine is such a perfectionist but at no point did we feel pressured or rushed 😁😁 we had an amazing experience thanks soooo much 😍

I will never, ever forget how kind this lady has been to me. A huge weight loss saw me have to turn my size 14 dress into an 8. Then a huge lockdown gain took my dress to not wearable. Katherine pulled out all the stops to get me into a lovely dress ready for the day. she even offered to loan me one at one point, but we found the one I really loved. she absolutely was there to absorb all my tears and frustrations and was determined that I would really look and feel special ready for my day Thankyou so much
