We approached 3 companies for quotes to replace the rotten softwood windows in the house we had just moved into, a conservation area so we had to tread carefully, of the three, Heritage, on paper were the best, competitive price, were able to supply the style of window that the council were happy with and a few extras that we wanted, hidden mullions and hidden trickle vents. Jason the sales rep from Heritage was always contactable if I had any questions.
A date was arranged to fit the 14 windows and 2 french doors, the date arrived and the van turned up, out piled Dan and Andy who introduced themselves

Had kommerling windows fitted and from the moment we’ve had them fitted we have had nothing but constant damp virtually every window. Had different company fit the back of the house and no issues.
They way they patched loose brick mortar and did the sealant was poor. Picture attached.
They came out to survey the issue and no feedback received or any remedy to resolve the matter.
No after care service.
