Very bad experience. Ordered food via just eat. After waiting for an hour and then calling just eat was told that order wasn’t placed. They offered good will discount and placed the order again.
When the order finally came, the delivery man was so rude and was literally throwing the delivery to us and the discount was also removed. The behaviour of the restaurant delivery led us rate this very low. We were even told they don’t care about such comments.

This is quite possibly the worst place to order food from.
Placed the food order, for delivery, at 19:30 with a delivery time of 45 minutes. Paid by card and money taken.
20:30 called restaurant to be told that the driver was on his way. At 21:00 still no delivery and had to call restaurant again.
At 21:15 called the restaurant to be told that they had delivered the order and accused us of lying that we hadn't received it.
Finally got the money back into our account after nearly half an hour of phone conversations. The restaurant were still adamant that the driver had delivered the food to
