Substandard cleaning, poor communication, after being told it was fine to come first thing on a Wednesday, only to have weeks of this not occurring. Finally expecting a clean only to get a text, the day of the clean saying it's not viable for us to come any more, you' key has been posted! What sort of service? Very very poor!
