We have grown over the years, based on organic growth and the demands of our existing customers. We train and employ all our own engineers. As a company built on fully qualified staff, we find it essential to keep up and exceed industry standards and so we are members of Gas Safe (& Corgi) and the CIPHE (Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineers) but most importantly we are Accredited Installers for Worcester.

We also happen to be specialists in central heating systems, boilers and all other gas appliances including combination boilers and LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas).

The high efficiency condensing combi or combination boiler is an ingenious space-saving idea, and an increasingly popular choice in UK homes. In fact, combis now account for well over half of all the new domestic boilers installed in Britain every year. The major difference between a combi and any other type of boiler is that a combi eliminates the need to store hot water -- so no hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard.
If you are replacing an older model of boiler, the chances are that you will have a regular (conventional) boiler. A typical conventional system incorporates a boiler and extended controls, a feed and expansion cistern, and a hot water cylinder (usually in the airing cupboard) which is often fed by a cold water storage cistern located in the loft.
Should the subject of your enquiry not appear to have been discussed in the tutorial videos, please call our showroom and we will be more than happy to help you. Whilst these videos are primarily here to help with a select number of problems, they may not be applicable to your make/type of appliance and we cannot guarantee that if you follow the steps that the video suggests, the problem will immediately be solved.
We have been working hard to improve our service plans and are delighted to offer the following plans which now replace "systemcare". If you have a boiler either under warranty or not, without any additional cover, then the Service Plan is the care package for you. If you have an old boiler (out of any warranty) and don't require cover for the heating system, then the Boiler Care is the care package for you.

Excellent service and excellent value, I’m so glad I chose a local company to do this. We had a vented heating system, immersion and water tank removed and a combi installed, and it ended up being quite an involved job. At no point was this suggested to be a problem, Callum just got on with it until the job was finished. Really neat and tidy installation and we’re so pleased with it. Would highly recommend!

Brilliantly professional and prompt, my father switched to them from British gas after the recent issues they have had with the service staff and I cannot fault First Call Heating at all. They are professional, reliable and prompt. Just used them for a boiler service and the chap was polite, rang ahead when running ahead of schedule and completed the job with a minimum of fuss.

Have been using First call for the past 4-5 years, on a monthly fee that covers the annual boiler service and in case of a call out. Can't fault them, always on point and on time. Great using a local company.

Firstcall have always been my first port of call over the many years.
They installed our combi a few moons ago and service it yearly. plus they were on hand when i put a screw through a water pipe too. Can't fault them to be honest. Keep up the good work guys & girls.

In my experience of First Call, it would be difficult - if not impossible - to be critical of them in any way. I have always found them to be helpful, courteous and prompt over the 10 years I have retained their services. They even provided an emergency recovery service to a boiler at my daughter's property whose then current (but no longer) service company failed to carry out a repair.
I would have no hesitation in recommending First Call..
