The project comprises the extension to and refurbishment of the existing ground and first floor of Grassicks Car Showroom in Perth. Fit out and development company specialising in all aspects of commercial, Healthcare, Retail, Industrial property and development work along wiith our special trades and building & Maintenance Divisions.
This large, listed building contained a complex of three restaurants and ten serviced apartments. The refurbishment specification contained the creation of bars, a restaurant and an accommodation unit. We worked closely with the client to ensure the project was delivered on time, to specification and under budget, by utilising value engineering techniques.
We are always keen to speak with experienced individuals or those who would like to develop a career in the construction industry. Reporting to the Contracts Manager/Managing Director, the post holder will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of a building project. They will also manage and lead other members of the construction team.

These are the worst builders ever. If I could give zero stars I would.
They are 14 weeks behind schedule- I paid them 25k for scaffolding, in 12 weeks they did not put a roofer or any tradesman up on that scaffolding.
Half the time the site was shut , when it was open there was a site manager and 1 old labourer doing all the work
When I asked them to leave the site, they told the scaffolder they would not pay him unless he took it down!
They pulled a sink out and did not switch off the water, the floor was under 4 inches of water and the 100year old floor was ruined
Do not go near them
