Services
A Gas safety certificate is a document that a qualified engineer will leave after having fitted, serviced or safety checked a gas appliance such as a boiler. This certificate is required by law when you're a Landlord and will detail exactly what checks the engineer has carried out and if the appliances checked meet the appropriate safety standards.

Arranged for an engineer to look at my boiler on a Friday at 3:30pm. I received a call a few hours later explaining that he couldn't make it. Fair enough.
We arranged a visit for the following Monday at 3:30pm so I had to ask a family member to sit in as I would be working. Again nobody showed but this time I didn't receive a call to inform me as to why.
