Originally, I loved the company. Orion completed my bathroom just before Xmas to what I thought was of a high standard. However, their after care is shocking. Both my shower and toilet have been leaking since Feb/march. Due to Covid 19, both Dave and Luke were shielding, but they just ignored me when I asked for advise on several occasions. I asked for a phone call and video call to help me sort the problem...nothing. I asked if they could recommend another contractor to solve the problem hoping to protect my warantly...nothing. For nearly £8000 I would expect things to be working properly and

Luke, Sam spent 3 weeks ripping out & putting in our new kitchen ,they cleaned up every night + the work that Luke & David put in after hours doing graphs and making sure it was everything we wanted ,nothing was too much trouble , the whole work force are brilliant and what great professional's they are ,we shall certainly use them again no question about that
