The first thing you might ask is, what makes us different from other recruitment agencies out there? We are a consultancy instead of an agency, working with any size of business or jobseeker looking for a new opportunity in the UK. At iRecruit Partners we treat recruitment as a partnership between you and us to get the best results possible.
We listen closely and work with both employers and candidates across the UK, from Edinburgh to Bristol to discover what drives and inspires you and what you are looking for. We are not recruitment robots. Instead we prefer to think of ourselves as matchmakers, picking out the most compatible candidates and pairing them up with the perfect job role for them.

You should include your name, address and contact details. It's up to you whether you include your age, marital status and nationality - recruiters should be able to make a decision about your skills and abilities without this information. It should only be a few lines and must grab the reader's attention.
An interview is a discussion between you and an employer to find out if you can do the job. However, there are certain rules and conventions to follow in interviews. Here's a checklist of the main do's and don'ts. Dress smartly, look bright and attentive, and speak clearly and confidently. Don't forget that only 7% of the interviewer's opinion of you is formed by what you say - the rest is judged on how you look, act and sound.
Few people enjoy job interviews and no matter how well you prepare, there's always one awkward question that catches you out and leaves you wondering how well you really did. We've teamed up with John Lees, career coach and author of "Job Interviews: Top Answers to Tough Questions" to guide you through some of the trickier questions you might face.
