Established in 1995 we remain a local yet diverse insurance intermediary with clients around the UK and overseas. Our pride is in the individual service we provide to our clients at all times and the policies that we recommend to them. Oak Insurance Services have been established as an Independent Intermediary since 1995 arranging Insurance policies for individuals, families, small, medium and large clients ranging from local shops to multi national companies. Since our first days as Insurance Consultants we have gone through many changes which have all contributed to our wealth of experience, dedication to our work and above all personal service to our clients.
Experienced staff with a friendly nature are all part of our service. We are always happy to guide you through procedures and help you to understand the products available to you. We are proud of the service and support that we provide our clients in disputes and claims because your business is our business.
Please read the following items carefully and if you have any questions or are unsure of how these may affect you then please contact us immediately. If you are under-insured at the time of a loss then the full amount of any claim will not be paid and will therefore be settled proportionately.

Insurance policies are subject to average, whereby your claim will be reduced by the degree of under-insurance, whatever the size of the claim and not just for major losses.For buildings and contents/machinery, the actual rebuild or replacement cost is higher than the declared value on the schedule.
If you think that you may have a potential claim on your policy then you must first call our Office during normal working hours (09:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m.) and report your details and circumstances. If you discover the incident after normal working hours and feel that immediate action is required or require advice, then call our after hours number.
