I visited King Print a couple weeks ago to print wedding menus which were needed urgently. Spoke to Roy who provided fantastic service from start to end.
I will most definitely use King Print again and recommend them to others also!

Sad old ridiculous man was extremely rude when I wanted to print some cards. He gave me a different quote on the phone and when I arrived he increased his price! He knew I needed an urgent order so he decided to take advantage due to the limited time I had to print these cards. Avoid at all costs.

I have used this company before so I was a returning customer. I feel their customer service and technical capabilities could do with improving. I called ahead to ask how I could pay for my printing for my Grandads funeral. Cash or card accepted. Then when I asked if I needed change (as only a few pages) I was made to feel stupid for asking or like I was waisting his time. On arrival they couldn't open the files needing printing from my USB stick because they were Google Docs files and they didn't have a Google account and also I'd have to go back later to collect them if I wanted them laminating
