Shubha Nath was very professional and helpful lady. She took time to understand my matter and although was unable to help at the present time, she pointed me in the right direction. We were asked to prepare a number of shareholder agreements for various companies which had been set up between 6 different shareholders all with varying holdings in the different business entities. The main business of the companies was the placement of tradesmen and professionals within the construction industry although this could have been extended to other professions upon agreement by all relevant parties.
We were contacted by a GP Practice manager who had received a letter from solicitors asking for disclosure of a deceased patient's records as part of the administration of the deceased's estate. The solicitors had sent a copy of the grant of probate from the High Court to our client. The Practice manager contacted us to ascertain if the records could have been disclosed.
What happens if you don't have a carefully prepared shareholders agreement; shareholder disputes. We were instructed by one of the two joint shareholders in a company to resolve a shareholders dispute. The company had been set up by two friends to produce and market food products. There was no shareholder agreement in place although it was accepted that each party held 50% of the shares.
We were asked by a client to help put in place an Information Governance Framework across their Group companies. We started by carrying out data audits of the companies concerned.
Once the results of the audits had been analysed (which involved checking the client's key commercial contracts) we were able to determine the gaps across the organisation and its subsidiaries in order to implement policies and procedures to demonstrate compliance with data protection laws.

I called Nath Solicitors to ask for advice on behalf of my sister with regards to an issue with a customer who left my sister an unfair untrue review regarding a hair cut that she did for this particular customer who at the time was happy with the haircut.
