Terrible service. Do NOT use them!... I started my business at the end of last year and had a meeting with Sarah to discuss accountancy and explained that this was the first time I had done this so all very new to me.
After our meeting I emailed to ask which of their services were chargeable and how much it would cost me etc... No response. The next thing I know I am getting an invoice from them for something I knew nothing about. I never said that I would like to use their services, I never even had a quotation from them or any contact at all but I now have an invoice to pay.
