Joe has Pinner running through his veins. He went to Cannon Lane and Nower Hill schools and spent his childhood as a local scout, exploring the Pinner neighbourhood. He is immensely proud of the local history and Pinner in general, and loves showing it off to other people. For him, the best bit about being an estate agent is handing over the keys at the end of a transaction.
Outstanding customer service from Andrew Pearce Estate Agents in Pinner. We would like to extend a huge thank you to Andrew Pearce Estate Agents in Pinner and in particular to Joe Prosser and his team for their commitment, professionalism and support for the sale of my late father's property. Joe and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that we eventually completed a complicated sale.

I am not sure if my experience was characteristic of the company, but I certainly received a one star service and the prospective landlord seemed to agree.
To be as brief as possible, I was first to enquire into a flat and urgently needed to find a place. The original person assigned to my enquiry (Yash, or some such name) is responsible for this poor review more than the whole company. He lied about the availability of the flat, saying I couldn't view it for 3 days, but the next day allowed someone else to view the property one-the-day. That viewer agreed with the landlord to take the flat, however

A poorly run estate agency, with particularly bad service from Yash. Does not provide update after requesting a viewing on one of their properties and meant I had to chase for days.... When booked in, I waited outside for 25 minutes with no sign of Yash and no explanation from several people I called in the office while I waited... Gave up and left.

Andrew Pearce had been helping me since I with my family, have moved to this country. Their team work is comprehensive and most importantly, they keep their promises. This time they took only 7 to 8 days to move us into the new property. I am really thankful to the entire Rayner's Lane office team, especially Yash and Sam. They are wonderful people. Thank you for all your help.

I rented out a flat through them, and the moment they made a mistake they refused to make it right, forcing me to pursue them through the Small Claims Court.
The company was supposed to transfer the tenant's deposit to me, as I had notified them in writing that I was going to register the deposit myself. They subsequently informed me that they had registered the deposit using their own scheme. When I protested and explained that I had already registered the deposit using my own funds (as I was expecting them to transfer the deposit to me), they suggested I keep the deposit in their scheme and

Recently bought our home from Andrew Pearce. They were very helpful, responding to our questions quickly and also keeping us updated on the progression of our offer without being asked. Being our first home we were not familiar with the buying process but it was made very straightforward thanks to their help.

We used Andrew Pearce for an Estate Sale. From start to finish they kept me informed regarding interest in the property via a weekly email detailing appointments and outcomes. Once sale agreed, the exchange and communications with both parties were smooth and swift. Happy to use them again. Highly recommend Andrew Pearce.
