If you would like us to consider your case, please email your questions and any papers you would like us to read. If you are the husband, wife or civil partner of a British citizen, you can make an application for a Partner visa which will allow you to remain in the UK for up to 5 years. Strict requirements need to be satisfied during the 5-year period in accordance with Appendix FM.
