You had better make sure you check for any dameage as soon as delivery takes place because they will not accept any blame. I ordered 4 x 4m worktops to pick up from Southampton depot, I noticed what looked like forklift damage on one worktop but accepted it because I knew I had enough that I could waste the damaged bit. Unfortunately on another one I pulled protective wrapping off to find more damage which I couldn't lose but they were not interested.

Cowboys. When I was disappointed with worktops & asked to return it, the guy shouted out me. Yes, shouted. I didn't pretend it was faulty or damaged, I just wasn't happy with the textured finish - expected to have a delivery charge to collect them...instead of hearing "no problem, we can arrange a collection but unfortunately there is a 25% restocking fee" I had "WE CAN'T JUST GO AROUND PICKING UP WORKTOPS COZ YOU DON'T LIKE THEM!!" I had to pretend through gritted teeth to be sickly sweet as I was told on another phone call when I chased up if they had spoken to the supplier ref collection dates
