Received flowers as my grandfather had died. The flowers were old and within one hour of delivery the petals dropped of the some of the flowers, with others dropping. Rang shop and told them of the problem. Two days later replacement stems (not the full bouquet ) were delivered with a token 2 stems of roses....both with curled up edges....not ideal customer service. No doubt the sender of these blooms paid a fortune for second rate blooms and third rate service ..this is not the first time we have had flowers from this company. In July we had some sent to us, with the same disspapointing freshness
