Shambolic company, appalling customer service, borderline infringements on GDPR rules giving personal information regarding their staff as excuses, lied to by salesman, awful communication, delay after delay and still not got our windows fitted, estimated install date seven months after initial home visit. Director of company rude and threatening solicitors action rather than any form of an apology. Steer well clear.

Big thank you to Trade Windows, yes based on this experience I would recommend them. Six new windows and new back door.
