Seemed really good in the early days when Rob was enthusiastic and hands on, but as time went on they got worse and worse. Rob always on holiday passing jobs to incompetent staff, staff slow and rude. Ended up causing no end of problems and missed deadlines that resulted in my losing a property.
When I told Rob I was having to find a new accountant he took it personal and made it a logistical nightmare for us to leave. Cost us thousands of pounds unnecessarily so I would definitely be careful using Rob and the Whchbury Greaves team.
