GBA was established in 1982 by former Motor Magazine Road Test Editor and Ford PR Manager Gordon Bruce. The company rapidly evolved into one of Europe's leading automotive communications consultancies, whose 20-strong team of top specialists was the first choice of many of the world's major manufacturers and suppliers.
In 2005, part of the company was sold to a competitor, since when GBA has been successfully operated as a boutique consultancy, serving selected clients of its own as well as providing support to fellow marketing agencies and in-house PR departments.

GBA cut its teeth on producing launch material for such motor industry giants as Ford, Jaguar and Volvo. Over 38 years it has successfully handled the PR requirements of some 100 clients ranging from F1 teams to prestige dealer groups and auction houses to Government departments.
