They made a good start with designing the kitchen, but once they realised that I didn’t want them to fit it too the customer service deteriorated rapidly. Paid a £200 charge for Steve to ensure that measurements etc were correct for the design, only to then have to identify to him that his measurements were incorrect and the units would not have… fitted to the design. Asked for my £200 back, seeing as it was payment for not getting it right- got laughed at! When I questioned the ‘bespoke’ element of the kitchen apparently missing, which is what had encouraged

We visited the Kitchen company showroom with a few pictures and ideas and asked them if they could provide something like the look we wanted. From the outset they offered us not only what we wanted but options and choices using their creativity, experience and expertise but never pushing us to have anything that we didn’t want.
On our numerous visits to the showroom we were always given a warm welcome and were given time to work out the details of our kitchen.
In October the kitchen was fitted and we could not be happier with the result and the workmanship of Paul, Phil and Jim.

We decided to use The Kitchen Company after having a good look around at other companies.
They came up with the best ideas for our kitchen and came in on Budget
Nothing was to much trouble and they kept informed throughout the whole process

We now have our dream kitchen & living space thanks to The Kitchen Company. The team really listened to what we wanted and Dave was so creative in delivering our dream as well as giving us new ideas to further… enhance our design. All fittings were carried out quickly, on time and to a superb high spec.

Me & my partner bought our kitchen from these guys not long ago and couldn’t fault the quality of the kitchen or the service we received throughout the process. From meeting Jimmy in store to him & Steve coming to take all the measurements & the delivery turning up on time with no issues. 5* service throughout and I would definitely recommend in the future!

I wouldn’t recommend going to this company until you have done some shopping around and your ready to sign on the dotted line within the design appointment.
The salesman is very pushy and gave us no time to discuss after he’d drawn the design. He packed up his equipment before explain the cost of the kitchen for a ‘quick getaway’.
We are a young… couple building an extension on our first house together and this is the first kitchen company we went to. I didn’t realise allowing the kitchen designer to come and look at the space, meant we had to sign there and
