The Envelope Works
The Envelope Works Group was established in 1999 and is now one of the UK's leading envelope manufacturers and printers.

Operating from our purpose-built production site in Blackburn (Lancashire), our extensive bespoke envelope production facilities house a broad range of machinery including reel-to-reel litho Muller Martini NT web presses, W&D 102 flexo & Reel to Reel machines for conversion and numerous Halm litho envelope overprinting machines printing 1-5 colour UV, this large plant list enables our dedicated team to meet the needs of all our clients.

The Envelope Works has been established since 1999 and operates from a purpose-built 32,500 sq ft production plant in Blackburn, Lancashire. We have grown year on year to become one of the most flexible and quality-driven envelope manufacturing and printing companies in the UK. Simon Holdings Plc is a 50% shareholder in The Envelope Works along with CEO Mark Farrimond.
The Envelope Works has been established since 1999 and operates from a purpose-built 32,500 sq ft production plant in Blackburn, Lancashire. We have grown year on year to become one of the most flexible and quality-driven envelope manufacturing and printing companies in the UK.

Our 24/7 Production facility includes reel-to-reel high-speed five-colour Muller Martini NT litho web presses, capable of processing 530mm-wide jumbo reels, supported by W&D 102 rotary envelope machines to convert the reels into finished envelopes.
R2R is The Envelope Works ingenious solution for full coverage/full colour envelopes, Reel to Reel provides a faster turnaround with increased print quality. Backed with our GMG colour management you get consistent results, every time. The Envelope Works is proud of its flexographic printing expertise and flexo is an ideal choice for medium to long run bespoke envelope orders.
We can arrange for a COMPLIMENTARY SAMPLE PACK of envelopes to be sent out to you giving you an idea of the quality and variety we offer. We can send you different sized envelopes, different styles of production such as Flexo, flat sheet litho conversion and litho overprint to give you a true indication of how you can find an envelope that FITS EXACTLY WITHIN YOUR BUDGET and the quality you are trying to achieve.
Simon Holdings Plc is a 50% shareholder in The Envelope Works along with CEO Mark Farrimond. COCON was established in 1987 and now has the largest offset colour print facility in Europe. Our warehouse carries around ten thousand pallets of printed and plain stock and the production plant now houses eighteen printing presses, of which seven of these are four colour presses.
