Services
At Clean Assured we have the equipment, training and experience to meet your commercial window cleaning requirements. We can clean your premises utilising the latest cleaning technology and hot water systems delivering incredible cleaning results up to 80ft high without leaving the safety of the ground.
High access cleaning can be one of the biggest challenges for window cleaning companies. We have years of experience in maintaining high access buildings and the challenges they present. There are several methods which can be used to clean tall buildings, the new commercial pole systems can now clean up to an amazing 80ft.
Safety is paramount for us and we are proud of our Health & Safety track record. All our staff are externally trained and accredited including City & Guilds, IPAF and CITB. We also submit ourselves to an annual external audit of all our Policies, equipment and safe working practises and we are fully accredited by SAFEcontractor.
Every time we visit your premises we will leave confirmation that your windows have been cleaned and a self-addressed pre-paid envelope for your payment. Please make cheques payable to 'Clean Assured'. For your convenience we will be happy to set up a regular standing order payment for your window cleaning programme allowing you to spread the cost over the year.
We use the Reach & Wash System which is a market leading water fed pole system. This means that from the safety of the ground, our staff can clean windows with pure water (free of impurities) and remove any dirt with a soft double trim brush head up to heights of 80ft. The Reach & Wash System cuts down disruption at your premises reduces the time we are on site and is the most cost efficient and safest way to clean your windows.

I have been using Clean Assured for a good few years now. I switched provider from an independent window cleaner (using traditional window cleaning methods) to this company purely on the basis of cost as I was paying over the odds and Clean Assured are extremely reasonably priced and have tried to maintain their lower prices over the time I have been using them. I still get the same personal service as an independent provider (a call or text the night before they are in the area to see if I'd like my windows doing - about every 4/5 weeks) and a great clean. Given 4 stars instead of 5 as a clean

Excellent service provided by the team at Clean Assured.
I've had to have my gutters unblocked 6 times this yr by various companies as they were constantly overflowing when it rained.
No tradesmen have thought to see if the issue was with my downpipe. The boys from Clean Assured pin pointed the issue straight away,
that the whole of my downpipe was full of water due to a blockage into the main drain.
They unblocked the drain & vacuumed out mine & my neighbours gutters.
The team were polite, friendly & very accomodating as they realised that I'd had such a long on going issue with my gutters
