Our firm was established in 1999 and we have grown from strength to strength ever since. He is a graduate of the University of Essex and has completed a Masters' Degree in Law at the London School of Economics. He has more than 20 years' experience in all aspects of property transactions including residential purchase and re-mortgage, lease extensions, lease renewals, commercial property acquisitions, business leases and all related matters.
We use our extensive experience in the commercial property sector to advise clients on all types of commercial property transactions. As well as assisting clients with straightforward commercial freehold or leasehold purchases and sales, we advise clients on wide range of commercial agreements such as partnership agreements, option agreements, legal charges and guarantee documents.
