Lauren was absolutely fantastic. Took the time to give advice on what would suit me best when I asked for her opinion. Also gave some great advice when I asked about my irritated scalp. Very relaxing hair wash. Fantastic hair cut, blow dry and finished with the straighteners. Very friendly and polite. Lovely tea and biscuits in a beautiful teapot. Would highly recommend.

In response to this ➡️ Ahh, Lorraine, interesting choice of words... As we cant seem to find you having any previous appointments with us in the past. I am aware there was a long consultation in which you were made completely aware of and agreed to the proposed service. We have witnesses in the salon to prove this and that you were clearly after a 'freebie' which when you threatened us with a bad review and were still made to pay for your lengthy expensive service you followed up your threat. Thanks for your custom.

I had booked the salon for my bridal party's hair for my wedding last year which was unfortunately postponed due to Covid. The salon were fine in moving the booking to the rearranged date this year and I even accepted the price increase due to the change of date and call out fee, however this too had to be cancelled again due to the restrictions and was not rearranged due to myself no longer getting married in the area.
I paid a deposit of £130 when I first booked with the salon and after asking several times for a refund this has not be forthcoming and I have had no correspondence from the owner

I’ve always used here since moving over to Telford. Lovely salon friendly staff. However I went to have my hair cut the other day and I asked for the smallest amount possible to be taken from my length. After the cut I couldn’t wait to come out of there as I wanted to cry. Instead of the 1/2cm I’d asked for she cut around 3 good inches off. Absolutely gutted and now I hate my hair and will have to tie it up for months until it grows back (I had very long hair down to the bottom of my back). Unfortunately I won’t be using the Salon again.

I went to Honeycomb today for the first time and saw Lauren for a cut and blowdry. Lauren was very kind and professional. Working well with health and safety around covid 19 she still gave me lovely service and an amazing haircut.
I was very nervous getting my hair done somewhere new but all the staff there today were really nice and I would recomend them to anyone looking for a good hairdresser in a beautiful and kind environment.
