Over £30,000 spent with R1...
I am bitterly disappointed and utterly disgusted at the way my business has been treated by Route1Print and its staff (namely Luke & Ross to lesser degree) and extremely unhappy come the end of this current 4 / 5wk period.
The treatment and behaviour today, and all week since I brought concerns to R1 on Friday 10th Sept 2021, has been absolutely pathetic

Have been using Route 1 for over a year and they're the best printers I've ever used. Recently had to use a different supplier for a small (A7) print and the difference in service was night and day.
If I've ever had a query or needed advice, every person I've dealt with in the customer service team has been amazing. The prints are great quality, excellent value and turned around very quickly.
Brilliant company, will always use Route 1.

I placed an order for a football programme that was being played on Saturday, they should of been received before 12 on Friday, on checking the Route1 site they were down as despatched but when checking with the courier they were still awaiting collection. I spoke to customer support who informed me there had been a delay and he would come back to as soon as possible with a solution, nobody ever rang.
Customer service e-mailed at 9.04am this morning to acknowledge my complaint and they would ring me to discuss the problem, guess what, still waiting. I have dealt with Route 1 for a few years and

Used route 1 for a few jobs now. Cant fault them. Had a few issues with artwork but emailed over via wetransfer and sorted within an hour or so. I have recently been dealing with Paul on the email sales@ and cant fault the guy. Someone checks and approves the proof our end which is sent really quickly. We get a message when the print is due to arrive and it does. Good price, staff have always been more then helpful and always on time. Used various other trade printers and had loads of issues in production and delivery but Route 1 have never let us down. Thanks and thank you Paul.
