James Daniel Construction will manage your entire project from the outset including all aspects of Architectural and design work including Structural Calculations through to the fixtures and fittings. We offer construction work including structural alterations, demolition of existing buildings extensions, loft and basement conversions.
A grand victoria terraced property that had been subject to a typical 1960's overhaul with a standard low ceiling and small rooms. We worked closely with the clients designer, remodelling the property to work with modern day living. A new side extension was constructed and internal walls were removed on the ground floor.
A terraced Victoria villa sitting in Brook Green, Shepherds Bush. Last renovated approximately 25-30 years ago. With the majority of the period feature removed we were asked to develop the property into a useable family accommodation, reinstate all the original features and install a state of the art audio technology.
A stunning prestigious house set on the outskirts of London, worked on closely by design house ABA with their client incorporating a new kitchen and breakfast area with an attached media longue. Complete new flooring throughout with a bespoke joinery unit with unique ceramic decorative panelling. A mastersuite incoporating his and hers dressing rooms and a vast en-suite including a bespoke steam room.
A detached low level building which had been subject to a major leisure uplift some 25 years ago. All of the amenities include swimming pool, plunge pool, whirl pool, sauna room, and steam rooms had become dilapidated. The gardens completely overgrown and the interior dated. Planning was achieved very quickly using the architects practice DRP.
