Being a 'small' firm enables me to provide a friendly and personal service for individuals and of which I am justly proud. It is also, perhaps, a rarity in today's society which now seems intent on companies becoming ever larger with the resultant loss of service and personal attention. HM Revenue & Customs state in their advertising campaign that "Tax doesn't have to be taxing".
