Exemplary service! Purchased a car today, process was quick and easy, made sure everything was in working order before I left the lot. Due to my own mistake, thought there was an issue with the car, called up and they sent someone out to help immediately. Ended up not needing the assistance but I appreciate the professional and speedy response. 10/10.

I recently travelled to view a car at this dealership and have never experienced such bad customer service.
I had rang the dealership in advance to let them know I was coming to view a car, however, I got stuck in 3 hour traffic due to an accident. When I arrived the staff were uninterested and unhelpful. The gentleman that I spoke to was more interested in his 'Magnum ice cream' then advising me about the car. He left me with the keys, told me how to start the car but provided me with absolutely no other information about the car such as service history etc.

Can't fault these guys! Customer service second-to-none, best-kept cars I'd seen, friendly and great advice from Clive. No hard sell at all but always open to questions.
Car all ready and washed when I picked it up - full service and MOT already done. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their first car - they're worth every penny!

We bought a car from here for the wife as a runaround. The car came with 12 month mot and a service. It was also valeted inside and out. The salesman came across as genuine and customer friendly and wanted the customer to be happy with the purchase. It also came with a 3 month warranty. The car is good so far so at the moment we are happy to give them 5 stars.

Purchased a car last week. Initially very happy until we felt a slight juddering on braking. We contacted the garage who impressively rang us straight back, and booked us in for the next day to check it out. They discovered the fault and immediately sprang into action with new parts and repaired the fault while we waited. Very friendly, open company, and we were impressed with the speed that the problem was rectified. We would recommend this garage for honesty and fairness.

I bought a car for £2,500 with a full MOT. When I got it home it had a “engine malfunction warning “ appear. The garage pretended to fix the problem with a tie back ignoring TWO FAULTY INJECTORS They now say they cannot do anything until Mark the owner comes back off holiday. THE COST TO REPAIR IS £450.
