We have let our flat through mecs for near 7 years now. The service offered by Hayley and Sammi isriendly and helpfulthere have been no significant gap in let's. Hayley has even organised updates to specification of the flat as a result of changes to landlord responsibility. A particularly pleasing element is the work to ensure no downtime between lets.

First time renting for nearly a year and MECS have been very helpful whenever we have contacted them to fix or improve things within the property. Thank you Sophie for getting this sorted for us. I particularly want to call out Sami (whom I have only met a few times through contacting the letting agency MECS) he was super helpful when our boiler broke down and visited us to help fix the frozen pipe issue on a weekend. This was very much appreciated especially as have a toddler in the house and heating is essential for us. Thank you.

I first came across MECS on a viewing for a sales property which I was purchasing to rent out. The way that Sami handled the viewing and the process of purchasing it, I knew that he would make a great letting agent. Over the next few months, I transferred all of my family rental properties to MECS. They went into the nitty gritty and managed to get correct planning approval for my portfolio which essentially made me compliant with the planning law, allowed me to rent the properties for higher rental yields and finally and most importantly, this increased the overall value of the houses significantly

I bought a house from MECS in November 2020. I called them on the Thursday and viewed the house the next day. Sami Mubarak showed us around and answered our questions (which were many). He provided the information for which we asked courteously, concisely and fully. It was clear that he had a deep and thorough knowledge of this house and also the broader property market in Harborne and Edgbaston.
