ASA at 1st appear to be very helpful!!!! thats only to get you on their books i was asked to bring in passport, driving lics, statements with my address on it and my N.I. number. Bringing in my passport and driving lics isnt a problem bringing in statements with my address on it is near impossible now a days as everywhere uses paper less ie emails, and National insurance numbers no longer send out cards with your name and number on them , i went to HM revenue and customs webpage and downloaded a copy of my N.I. in a PDF format now without being smart the only way to view a pdf file is via a computer
