With over 30 years' experience Agema has been established since 1986. We are based across 4 sites in Coventry, UK. We also have companies in China and the Czech Republic which provides our outlet into Europe and the East. We design, manufacture and supply injection moulding parts and assemblies across all industries.
We also specialise in metal components, injection back moulding, chroming, painting as well as carpet wrapping. We also provide ultrasonic welding and heat staking capabilities. Our moulding capabilities range from 15 Tonne up to 2200 Tonne including 2K Technology. All our large machines are fully automated using Borche and Fanuc 5 Axis Robots complete with conveyors.

The latest Cad / Cam software and technology is used coupled with mould flow analysis and full feasibility before every part manufacture to ensure we achieve our customers highest expectations. Our aim is to produce right first time products to all customers.
In house design and tool making coupled with our direct Chinese tool making source enables us to maintain the highest quality and competitive prices that our customers expect. All tooling is subject to a full feasibility study and mould flow analysis subject material choice, this ensures that the tooling life exceeds the requirement of the customers demands.
