GF & Co is an accountancy practice based in Dartford, North Kent. Established In 2008, GF & Co was set up with the intentions of providing an exceptional service to our clients after seeing how poorly other accountancy firms treat their clients. We are a young, experienced and forward thinking accountancy practice who offer a friendly, highly professional and cost-effective service.
All limited companies and limited liability partnerships are required to submit statutory financial statements annually which must comply with the Companies Act, and other legal requirements. These also have to be submitted in a timely manner in order to avoid any late filing penalties. As accountants, GF & Co obviously provide this service, preparing these from the accounting records supplied to us.
For most business owners book-keeping and VAT returns are an annoyance they can live without. They are however a necessity and often divert you from the more pressing duties of running your business to the best of your capabilities.
