Both directors of Craan Construction have been building high quality custom-built new houses in the Lanarkshire area for over 20 years. While we are employed to do general building work, we specialise in custom-built houses, built to individual designs by local architects. Craan can offer a 'supply only' service or supply and erection of any timber frame kit houses, extensions or sunrooms. We have the ability to provide timber frame houses fully built at our premises where we have under cover storage for multiple units. We build our houses, extensions and sunrooms prior to starting on site so that we have a head start in the construction phase of the build.
