We offer advice on setting up a new business and on the most tax efficient structure for your new venture i.e. sole trader, partnership or limited company. We will then complete all the necessary statutory forms on your behalf to register your new business with HM Revenue & Customs and Companies House.
We prepare statutory year end financial accounts for sole traders, partnership & limited companies ensuring that they are compliant with any statutory obligations. We will ensure that your accounts are filed on time and in an appropriate format. We can also prepare monthly, quarterly or half yearly management accounts to help you assess how your business is performing and to keep your business on track and plan ahead.
We offer manual or computerised bookkeeping services on a monthly or quarterly basis specially tailored to your business' individual needs. We also offer free advice to you or your staff on what is the best and easiest way for you to keep your books and records up to date and advise on different computer based accountancy packages.
We prepare and submit personal tax returns together with the calculation of your self assessment tax liability. All our self assessment returns are filed online to ensure that any tax refunds are repaid as swiftly as possible. We prepare and submit corporation tax returns together with the calculation of your corporation tax liability.
Unlike most accountants, on the majority of work we offer a fixed fee with no hidden extras. By offering a fixed charge it makes it much easier for our clients to budget and it gives them piece of mind that they will not be presented with a huge bill at the end of our work for them. We do not charge for client meetings/telephone calls and offering clients advice on any minor issues that may arise.
