Dating back to 1919 Freckeltons are a 'true' family run firm. Mr S B Freckelton and Mr J E Adkinson formed the company, originally as auctioneers and branched out into property management and Estate Agency. At the end of the Second world war Mr Freckelton was joined by his son and daughter, Mr S J Freckelton and Miss M M J Freckelton.

Michael from Freckeltons came to value my property and assess my current situation with regards to putting my property onto the market. One option I hadn’t considered was to let my property instead of selling it and Michael even recommended a mortgage broker who would be able to help me with this. This turned out to be great advice and put me in a stronger position with regards to buying a new property. Mistakes made on advertised property, floor plan design details missing, 16 week contract totally poor service, removal of For Sale board took weeks to remove then damaged wall in process.
Look elsewhere if you want to Sell or Buy.

As a tenant, could not be happier with their service! From day one they showed themselves to be thorough and transparent in the information provided about the property. During my tenancy, they again proved themselves responsive and trustworthy whenever attention was needed.
