These are very strange times but we are doing our best to keep everyone safe whilst we work in peoples houses. We have been wearing PPE up until now but have decided to not wear gloves and masks for the time being. But we would like to keep the social distancing of 2 metres and hands washed before and after job completed to protect both you and ourselves.

Called at 8.30am with no heat and hot water on the coldest day of the winter so far. He arrived at lunchtime and as it was a frozen pipe the issue had resolved itself. But the guy was lovely really professional and understanding. Will definitely be keeping his number. Thank you for your prompt attention

I had a boiler that needed looking at in a property I let. Aigburth Plumbing answered the call straight away and were at the property within a couple of hours. They kept me in the loop with what they thought needed doing to solve the issue and the boiler was fixed that evening. I considered the price to be perfectly acceptable and they emailed me a receipt with a run down of what work was carried out.
All in all I was very happy with the service. Definitely worthy of a five star review.

Sent an email Monday morning 18.01.21...received a telephone call at lunchtime same day to check details of problem with boiler...said he would e mail me back with time and day to call....never heard back...its now Weds 20th so making other arrangements....obviously job not big enough but not bothering to let me know...not professional!!!!
There is a method called COMMUNICATION!!!!!! you said you would send an e mail..you didnt....I was quite prepared to wait but you didnt communicate!!!!! You didnt say you were busy...you didnt call and say you were dealing with priorities!!!! you should learn

Bought a new boiler from this company after shopping around for nearly 2 weeks. Best decision ever! Decided to pay a little more for a better boiler and it was completely worth it.
