Potential tenants are fully vetted by our mature experienced Lettings Team - yes, we do the usual credit checks and referencing but we also have a lot of life experience between us which we draw on to assess a tenant's suitability. We understand when a Tenant rents a property they are paying for a product "your property" AND a "service".
