All twin rooms have full size comfortable single beds, flat screen TV, tea and coffee make facilities and free WIFI. The modern en-suites are either shower only or a shower over the bath. Note that some of our twin rooms are split level with a small flight of stairs consisting of four steps between the bath room and bedroom and are only accessible via a small flight of stairs consisting of eight steps.

What a lovely place, great rooms, super restaurant with excellent food and the staff could not have been more helpful. I told the hotel our visit was a treat for my wife's birthday and they were happy to put balloons and banners in our room and they even baked her a glutton free cake! Thank you to you all.

Amazing room, large and modern(room 1).
Cooked breakfast was good, but I was surprised I could not have both a yogurt and fruit salad!
Would be nice to enjoy pastries, fruit salad and yogurt before a cooked breakfast.
Minimal opportunity to make your own breakfast-even adding a tomato to smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was 'I'll have to ask the chef as its not normally allowed.'
Staff very friendly.
Spa was in good condition but filled with kids.

Stayed at this hotel and it was a lovely room. Had a great nights sleep and the food in the attached restaurant was great. They were very good with accomodating me with my Gluten Intolerance. I also used the gym and it was one of the best equipped hotel gyms I have ever been to! Would definitely recommend.

A good place to stay when touring this area of the Norfolk coast. It really has got everything. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, a well stocked bar and an excellent choice of food, especially at breakfast. Portions are huge! The rooms look to have had a recent refurbishment and the decor throughout is tasteful to a high standard. Add in an the spa facilities, pool and beer garden and free car park and it ticks all the boxes.

From start to finish it was a fantastic full spa day, starting with a welcome drink and professional explanation of treatments available. Everywhere was perfectly clean and covid safety paramount, the pool and sauna and steam were lovelu and not many people using the facilities. We had help choosing 2 hours of treatments and they were carried out professionally by Bethany. She is a credit to Imagine spa, so friendly and helpful and an expert in all treatments. She explained everything and answered my many questions and was all round a really lovely young lady . I will definitely re visit!!

I recently stayed at the hotel with 3bfriends in 2 x twin rooms housekeeping on these rooms was excellently. Staff were exceptional very friendly, approachable and professional both at the hotel and in the restaurant. Our stay was for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment and meal that we had . We will go back fir another stay.
