Having once co-owned and worked in the UK's then largest direct marketing service company, we have handled some very big accounts. 17 years working on Procter & Gamble business, handling mail order giants such as Gusco and Grattan, charities, financial services, retail, travel and leisure has given us some key skills in strategy, planning and account management, as well as the skills across our activities.
Given our partner network, we do most things! Most of our clients are looking for a level of integration with relatively small budgets. So our list is a mix of services we or our partners offer, and we work in both B2C and B2B, for large corporations, SME's and start ups with very restricted budgets.
After our long list of services, we have to say we are predominantly a Direct Marketing Agency, mixing traditional with new. We have never seen new developments as a reason to abandon our core services, and ignore our understanding of data or the different channels to use for acquisition and retention strategies.
Our skills here lie in the marketing and integration side and not in implementation. But we have partners in each discipline who are expert in that discipline in a technical sense. We do understand how all the facets of digital and social fit into the marketing mix, and how and when they should be used to meet your market needs and your budget.
We have over the years handled some diverse projects for clients that may have started with a direct marketing contact, but quickly went beyond that. Sun Life of Canada - we redesigned their life policy application forms from 32 pages down to 16 pages to the satisfaction of the marketing, sales, admin and underwriting departments, as well as compliance.
